The Service is billed on a credits basis.
Credits are non-refundable.

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content you upload to ClipToMe. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide license to use, host, store, and display that content.
